{"id":34687,"date":"2016-12-05T08:30:00","date_gmt":"2016-12-05T06:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=34687"},"modified":"2016-12-05T08:30:00","modified_gmt":"2016-12-05T06:30:00","slug":"compuscan-learnership-programme-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/compuscan-learnership-programme-2016.html","title":{"rendered":"Compuscan Learnership Programme 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Compuscan, a registered credit bureau that is based in Stellenbosch, has various learnership positions immediately available.<\/p>\n<div>This one year SETA funded learnership is for unemployed learners whom want to have a <span id=\"IL_AD5\" class=\"IL_AD\">career<\/span> within the education, training and development fields and perform the roles of training coordinators, entry-level trainers, junior training officers and training administrators.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Available Learnership Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ol class=\"gmail-bullets\">\n<li>Administrative Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Consumer Care <span id=\"IL_AD7\" class=\"IL_AD\">Agents<\/span> \/ Customer Service Consultants<\/li>\n<li>Legal Administrator<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Areas<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Administrative Assistant Duties:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul class=\"gmail-bullets\">\n<li>Assist with training coordination and scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Filing and record keeping including data capturing<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and distribution of training material<\/li>\n<li>Deal or provide support to learners (as and when required)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with tracking, monitoring and preparation of learner assessment for marking and moderation<\/li>\n<li>Assist with learner certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Consumer Care Agents\/Customer Service Consultants Duties:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul class=\"gmail-bullets\">\n<li>Providing a single point of contact to consumers to log disputes and access their <span id=\"IL_AD10\" class=\"IL_AD\">credit reports<\/span> (including data capturing)<\/li>\n<li>Providing accurate information and support to consumers<\/li>\n<li>Handle incoming calls, emails or any electronic media from customers (as and when required)<\/li>\n<li>Attending to daily\/weekly administrative reports and supplying feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Legal Administrator Duties:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul class=\"gmail-bullets\">\n<li>Filing\/record management \u2013 \u00a0the candidate need to be organised and willing to get job done<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining <span id=\"IL_AD9\" class=\"IL_AD\">contract<\/span> repository<\/li>\n<li>Following up on contract signature process<\/li>\n<li>Data capturing<\/li>\n<li>Legal record keeping<\/li>\n<li>Updating files<\/li>\n<li>General miscellaneous admin tasks around the office and within a team and provide the team with administrative assistance<\/li>\n<li>Research; the legal team may request legal administrators to carry out research<\/li>\n<li>Diarise and book meetings and coordinate meetings, teleconference, and video conferences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span id=\"IL_AD4\" class=\"IL_AD\">Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics, English and another South African Language<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate \u2013 able to use <span id=\"IL_AD2\" class=\"IL_AD\">MS Excel<\/span>, Word, PPT and E-Mail\/Internet<\/li>\n<li>Unemployed<\/li>\n<li>2 years\u2019 prior work experience beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in education, training and development and\/or human resources development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration skills beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good <span id=\"IL_AD8\" class=\"IL_AD\">attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please send your CV along with a certified copy of your ID and Grade 12 Certificate\/ Other <span id=\"IL_AD1\" class=\"IL_AD\">Qualification<\/span> and a 1 page motivational <span id=\"IL_AD3\" class=\"IL_AD\">letter<\/span> as to why need to be considered for the <span id=\"IL_AD6\" class=\"IL_AD\">application<\/span> to<span class=\"gmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><a href=\"mailto:cvs@compuscan.co.za\" target=\"_blank\">cvs@compuscan.co.za<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Compuscan, a registered credit bureau that is based in Stellenbosch, has various learnership positions immediately available.
