This program will provide an introduction to the working world of Danone, as well as a strong <strong><em>foundation and further development<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are a driven, passionate an ambitious individual who recently graduated we invite you to join our team and help us in achieving and maintaining our vision of <strong><em>\u201cBringing Health through food to as many people as possible\u201d.<\/em><\/strong> At Danone we value our employees and you can consider our Graduate program as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you need?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>A Potential candidate will need to:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a good sense of self-awareness and portray leadership potential<\/li>\n<li>Have a positive team spirit and good social skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of commitment and initiative<\/li>\n<li>Drive to achieve ambitious performance objectives and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Relevant 3-4year Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<li>0-2 Years work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What does the program entails?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>During this year 1-year period you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your potential by working on live assignments and projects that are important to the company, whilst gaining the necessary business skills.<\/li>\n<li>Your performance will be monitored and reviewed regularly.
