Choose a career at Accenture and enjoy an innovative environment where challenging and interesting work is part of daily life.<!--more--><\/div>\n<div>Our Enterprise workforce provides deep expertise to manage and operate Accenture&#8217;s business functions and support client teams.\u00a0 They work in a wide range of functional areas including human resources, marketing and communications, finance, quality control, legal, IT, facilities and services.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Graduate Recruiter &#8211; Harrowdene, Woodmead (GAUTENG)<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Human Resources is responsible for ensuring that our organization has the people it needs to fulfill our business strategy and deliver a high performance business agenda for our clients.\u00a0 To do this, Human Resources focuses on activities ranging from safekeeping our culture and values to development of individual people.\u00a0 Human Resources ultimately has responsibility for our greatest asset, our people.<\/div>\n<div>Human Resources is involved in every part of Accenture&#8217;s organization and Human Resources activities fall into roughly three categories:\u00a0 Talent management, including workforce planning, recruiting, career management, performance management, capability development, scheduling and rewards; Employee engagement, which focuses on people satisfaction and employee and alumni relations; and Human capital efficiency, which focuses on HR strategy, the operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls.<\/div>\n<div>Responsibilities:<\/div>\n<div>Works with the Graduate Acquisition Lead to build and implement Strategy<\/div>\n<div>Engages with Executives to define the graduate intake target for the financial year<\/div>\n<div>Owns responsibility for the selection, progression and transition management of recruits \/ candidates through the process<\/div>\n<div>Maintains a thorough understanding of specific skill profiles, salary levels, budget constraints and the needs of the organisation<\/div>\n<div>Takes ownership of recruiting targets, cost management and delivery thereof<\/div>\n<div>Ensuring the following for each recruit \/ candidate: Offer decisions are made, career level and experience is determined, salary and compensation is determined, start dates are set and confirmed, and primary business location is determined.<\/div>\n<div>Becomes the single point of contact for the recruits as they move through the pipeline as well as the single point of contact for the Universities<\/div>\n<div>Manages entire Recruitment process:<\/div>\n<div>Advertises vacancies on the Accenture Talent Acquisition System<\/div>\n<div>Identifies suitable candidates from incoming resumes<\/div>\n<div>Conducts HR screening interviews and\/or Panel interviews<\/div>\n<div>Establishes and maintains relationships with recruits during the interview process<\/div>\n<div>Arranges further assessments including executive interviews as required<\/div>\n<div>Conducts HR closing interview including extending offers<\/div>\n<div>Maintains reports<\/div>\n<div>Reviewing the Recruitment Process annually and making changes to improve the process<\/div>\n<div>Working closely with the Marketing department to ensure that the Accenture brand is marketed at each campus<\/div>\n<div>Building relationships with lecturers; students; campus careers offices<\/div>\n<div>Arranging various campus initiatives e.g. technology days; career fairs; mock interviews; guest lectures; brand ambassadors and award ceremonies<\/div>\n<div>Arranging and facilitating Innovation Showcases<\/div>\n<div>Networking with Graduate Recruiters from other organisations and SAGRA to learn about Graduate recruitment drives in the marketplace<\/div>\n<div>Arrange mock interview sessions on campus<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/careers.accenture.com\/za-en\/jobs\/Pages\/jobdetails.aspx?lang=en&amp;job=00112962&amp;src=JB-11540\"><strong>Click here to view Job and Apply Online<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you join Accenture you can make great ideas happen for some of the world&#8217;s most dynamic companies.
