OPERATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer calls and contact customers telephonically<\/li>\n<li>Make outbound calls to acquire customer information<\/li>\n<li>Handle inbound customer inquiries telephonically<\/li>\n<li>Process personal loan applications and documents<\/li>\n<li>Achieve maximum sales and growth by effectively selling the company\u2019s products and\/orservices<\/li>\n<li>Explain the personal loan application process clearly to customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.
