An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships.<\/p>\n<div id=\"requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1567.row1\" class=\"contentlinepanel\" title=\"\">\n<div>You&#8217;ll also identify potential business opportunities for Ernst &amp; Young within existing engagements, and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you&#8217;ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the team.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0In line with Ernst &amp; Young&#8217;s <span id=\"IL_AD4\" class=\"IL_AD\">commitment<\/span> to quality, you&#8217;ll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div><b>Client responsibilities<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Participate in Finance engagements<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Build strong internal relationships within Ernst &amp; Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>People responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining Finance professionals<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Maintain an <span id=\"IL_AD7\" class=\"IL_AD\">educational program<\/span> to continually develop personal skills of staff<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures<span class=\"blockpanel\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"blockpanel\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1591.row1\" class=\"contentlinepanel\" title=\"\">\n<div><strong>Technical skills <span id=\"IL_AD1\" class=\"IL_AD\">requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Strong <span id=\"IL_AD3\" class=\"IL_AD\">academic record<\/span> including a degree<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Studying towards CIMA qualification<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div class=\"bold twoline\"><strong>Why should <span id=\"IL_AD10\" class=\"IL_AD\">I work<\/span> for Ernst &amp; Young in Finance?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"bold twoline\"><\/div>\n<p>In today&#8217;s market, finance functions are under increasing pressure to maximize <span id=\"IL_AD8\" class=\"IL_AD\">effectiveness<\/span> and efficiency.
