With an independent view we do things smarter; we give the clarity and rigour to help teams work better together, to make an investment case stronger, to raise the standards of delivery and to maintain schedules and budgets.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s how we\u2019ve made the difference for more than 70 years.<\/p>\n<p>We currently have a position for an HR intern.<\/p>\n<div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Leave Administration:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>To oversee the administration of ESS and deal with any leave queries accordingly<\/li>\n<li>To capture leave forms on VIP for remote employees<\/li>\n<li>To carry out monthly reconciliations<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>To address leave discrepancies featuring on the monthly leave reconciliation report with employees as well as their line manager<\/li>\n<li>Maintain hourly paid employees&#8217; leave <span id=\"IL_AD10\" class=\"IL_AD\">balances<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>L&amp;D Administration:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Secure training space with the relevant training provider e.g. completing enrolment forms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the delegate has all the information with regards to the course e.g. directions, pre-course <span id=\"IL_AD4\" class=\"IL_AD\">requirements<\/span>. Etc<\/li>\n<li>Requesting and chasing invoices for the relevant training and to ensure that a copy of the invoice and proof of payment are filed for BBEEE compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure EFTs are raised with finance for payment<\/li>\n<li>Provide proof of payment to the training provider as \/ if needed<\/li>\n<li>Logging attendance on training plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Internal Training Administration<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordination of Internal CPD and Training Sessions<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the presenter with regards to necessary arrangements e.g. webex<\/li>\n<li>Distribute presentations, dial in details and webex <span id=\"IL_AD2\" class=\"IL_AD\">links<\/span> to remote employees prior to the session<\/li>\n<li>Produce and <span id=\"IL_AD1\" class=\"IL_AD\">file<\/span> attendance registers for BBEEE compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a copy of the attendance certificate to reception in order for them to create the attendance certificates<\/li>\n<li>Log attendance on training plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Coordination of Corporate Inductions<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Making internal arrangements i.e. booking venue, sending invites to delegates and presenters, organising catering, etc\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Drafting the programme for the day<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that presentations are up to date<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that a copy of the attendance <span id=\"IL_AD5\" class=\"IL_AD\">register<\/span> is kept and filed for BBEEE compliance<\/li>\n<li>Providing and gathering feedback Forms for analysis by HR BPs<\/li>\n<li>Logging attendance on VIP and Training Log<\/li>\n<li>Printing and compiling PDP files<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Recruitment Administration:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Setting up interviews with candidates including sending invites to interviewing manager,<span id=\"IL_AD3\" class=\"IL_AD\">recruitment<\/span> office and room booking<\/li>\n<li>Screening CVs<\/li>\n<li>Load CVs on Recruit Advantage<\/li>\n<li>Load <span id=\"IL_AD8\" class=\"IL_AD\">adverts<\/span> on Recruit Advantage<\/li>\n<li>Issue New Starters, Transferee and Leaver Notifications and update iTrent accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Administer the Employee Referral Scheme and liaise with the payroll department for payments<\/li>\n<li>Conduct ad-hoc searches on People Pages and RA<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all contractors are tagged on the Marketing Database for receiving internal publications for Recruitment Marketing purposes i.e. Inform (Quarterly Newsletter) and<span id=\"IL_AD9\" class=\"IL_AD\">Annual Review<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Administer ad-hoc recruitment marketing campaigns e.g. T&amp;T <span id=\"IL_AD6\" class=\"IL_AD\">Open<\/span> Day<\/li>\n<li>Managing the invoicing process and liaising with finance for payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/turnerandtownsend.turborecruit.com.au\/job\/job_details.cfm?id=977357&amp;from=indeed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Turner &amp; Townsend is an independent professional services company specialising in programme management, project management, cost management and consulting across the property, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.
