{"id":35101,"date":"2017-01-31T12:07:44","date_gmt":"2017-01-31T10:07:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=35101"},"modified":"2017-01-31T12:07:44","modified_gmt":"2017-01-31T10:07:44","slug":"vacancy-post-cogta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/vacancy-post-cogta.html","title":{"rendered":"Vacancy Post at COGTA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Department of Cooperative Governance is offering Administration and Driver post to qualifying candidates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ADMINISTRATION CLERK: FACILITIES MANAGEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SALARY : R142 461 per annum, Level 05<\/p>\n<p>CENTRE : Pretoria<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.<\/li>\n<li>No experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Generic competencies: Planning and organising, Communication (verbal and written), problem solving and computer literacy.<\/li>\n<li>Technical competencies: Office administration, understanding of supply chain management processes and records management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DUTIES :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Monitor the functioning and utilisation of office photocopiers in terms of the transversal contract issued by National Treasury.<\/p>\n<p>Follow up on the malfunctioning of the photocopiers, log calls, maintenance and faults registers.<\/p>\n<p>Order the printing consumables such as toners, staples, related stationary and monitor stock levels monthly.<\/p>\n<p>Collect monthly meter readings and prepare payment for invoices received in respect of the photocopiers.<\/p>\n<p>Assist with processing of travel requisition and invoices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DRIVER: FACILITIES MANAGEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SALARY : R119 154 per annum, Level 04<\/p>\n<p>CENTRE : Pretoria<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 10 \/ ABET qualification and code 8 Driver\u2019s Licence and relevant experience as driver \/ messenger.<\/li>\n<li>Core competencies: Basic numeracy, basic interpersonal relationship, organising and basic literacy.<\/li>\n<li>Technical competencies: Driving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DUTIES :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Collect, distribute and deliver documents, equipment and parcels between various DCoG buildings and external clients and service providers.<\/p>\n<p>Conduct a daily vehicle inspection.<\/p>\n<p>Drop and collect vehicles that are booked for services and repairs.<\/p>\n<p>Assist with general transport office duties and document reproduction services.<\/p>\n<h2>HOW TO APPLY<\/h2>\n<p>Applications may be posted to URS Response Handling, P O Box 11506, Tierpoort, 0056;
