{"id":35115,"date":"2017-01-31T15:05:14","date_gmt":"2017-01-31T13:05:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=35115"},"modified":"2017-01-31T15:05:14","modified_gmt":"2017-01-31T13:05:14","slug":"joburg-city-theatres-secretary-intern","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/joburg-city-theatres-secretary-intern.html","title":{"rendered":"Joburg City Theatres Secretary Intern"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>oburg City Theatres is contributing towards skills development by providing an opportunity for post matric degree\/diploma.<\/p>\n<p>The Company is providing the right candidate an opportunities to gain work experience in the Company Secretary Office environment.<\/p>\n<p>Joburg City Theatres is therefore inviting interested parties to apply for this 12 month programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company Secretary Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12\/NQF Level 4 is required,<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy, and relevant 3 Year<\/li>\n<li>National Diploma, Bachelors and Honours degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate with Bachelor of Arts Law\/ Bachelor of Arts Social Sciences added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheduling, preparing packs and taking minutes in meetings such as EXCO, MANCO, REMSEC, Artistic Committee, Audit and Risk Committee and Board meetings.<\/li>\n<li>To report and compile evidence for compliance and submission to City of Joburg.<\/li>\n<li>To report and compile evidence for compliance and submission to City of Joburg.<\/li>\n<li>Typing and printing<\/li>\n<li>Office Administration<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the smooth running of the section and to support other functions in achieving their stated mission and objectives by providing a comprehensive support service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Physical \/Mental requirements:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to relate and work with people.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in teams and individually.<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of approaches, processes and techniques associated with participatory and collaborative forms of planning.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Decision Making Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work extended hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REFERENCE:<\/strong>CSO\/17<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All applicants must be: between the ages of 18 -35 years and be a South Africa citizen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The incumbent will be required to transport themselves and will be paid a stipend as per the JCT Budget.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must have good written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>JCT is an equal opportunity employer and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must have NO criminal record.<\/li>\n<li>Due to a large amount of correspondence we envisage receiving; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
