In the 2012\/13 Universum Student Survey of all universities and universities of technology in South Africa, SARS was ranked at number three by Business, Management and Commerce students as an ideal employer.<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>Internships are work-based training <span id=\"IL_AD7\" class=\"IL_AD\">programmes<\/span> that offer trainees work experience.<\/div>\n<div>\nInterns are placed on a 24 month contract and receive a <span id=\"IL_AD4\" class=\"IL_AD\">monthly<\/span> stipend.<\/div>\n<div>\nSARS\u2019s internships are aimed at matriculants and final year students at Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Further <span id=\"IL_AD6\" class=\"IL_AD\">Education and Training<\/span> (FET) <span id=\"IL_AD5\" class=\"IL_AD\">Colleges<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Matriculants with good scores in English and mathematics or accounting are considered for the Learnership Programme which is work-based and combines a structured learning component along with practical work experience.<\/p>\n<p>The Internship Programme helps interns to gain work experience and meet the requirement of the Higher Education Institutions in order to be awarded their qualifications.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"IL_AD1\" class=\"IL_AD\">Applications<\/span> for the Internship\u00a0programme are now open.
