annum<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prospective students who have successfully completed their Matriculation with a pass of 60% in Mathematics and Physical Science or currently busy with matriculation or completed their matric still at home or those who are already registered with Universities or University of Technologies wishing to further their studies with recognised higher learning institutions in one of the following fields are requested to apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\u25cf Electrical Engineering (Heavy and Light current)<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\u25cf Chemical Engineering<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\u25cf Civil Engineering<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\u25cf Mechanical Engineering<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\u25cf Environmental Health Science.<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(Students with bursaries or other source of finance should not verification and employment verification).<\/p>\n<p>Where applicable, candidates will be subjected to a skills\/knowledge test.<\/p>\n<p>All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical competency exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job, the logistics of which be communicated by the Department.<\/p>\n<p>Following the interview and technical exercise, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools.<\/p>\n<p>Successful candidates will be appointed on a probation period of 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>The Department reserves the right not to make any appointment(s) to the above post.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be expected to sign a
