Job Description<\/u><\/p>\n
The successful incumbents will be placed on a Milling Traineeship.<\/p>\n
During this time the trainees will be required to achieve the learning milestones which lead to Wheat and Maize milling qualifications in the allocated periods.<\/p>\n
Appointments as Shift Millers will be made on demonstration of competence and the completion of all modules with a pass mark of 80% from the South African Grain Milling Academy.<\/p>\n
The successful incumbents must be physically fit and be willing to work in a high pressure environment as they will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of production efficiencies and targets, adherence to quality requirements, Safety and hygiene standards as well as maintenance coordination.<\/p>\n
The position will report to the Head Miller.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/u><\/p>\n
Applicants must not be older than 22 years of age, and have recently acquired Grade 12 or equivalent with the following subjects and results:\u2022 At least 70-80% for Mathematics (Not Maths Literacy)
\n\u2022 At least 60-70% for Physical Science (Life Science an advantage)<\/p>\n
\u2022 No experience needed<\/p>\n
