For this reason we choose \u2018andBeyonders\u2019 very carefully \u2013 they are the strength and the future of this company.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key outputs:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As the marketing intern, you will report to the marketing CMO and gain exposure to multiple aspects of the marketing sphere, including the world of luxury travel.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule meetings on behalf of the marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate various marketing projects<\/li>\n<li>Assist with <span id=\"IL_AD6\" class=\"IL_AD\">general administration<\/span> within the marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Upload social media posts into &amp;Beyond\u2019s social media scheduling <span id=\"IL_AD7\" class=\"IL_AD\">tool<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Personal Skills\/Attributes<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication &#8211; excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organisation &#8211; able to think ahead and prioritise activities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong literacy and numeracy skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel (comfortable with spreadsheets)<\/li>\n<li>Resilience &#8211; strong ability to cope under pressure.
