{"id":35926,"date":"2017-04-06T10:45:32","date_gmt":"2017-04-06T08:45:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=35926"},"modified":"2017-04-06T10:45:32","modified_gmt":"2017-04-06T08:45:32","slug":"department-small-business-development-receptionist-post","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/department-small-business-development-receptionist-post.html","title":{"rendered":"Department Small Business Development Receptionist Post"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To qualify for this post you should have A Senior Certificate coupled with at least 2 years Receptionist experience in a corporate environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RECEPTIONIST REF NO: ODG \/ REC 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SALARY : R 142 461 per annum<\/p>\n<p>CENTRE : Pretoria<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Senior Certificate coupled with at least 2 years Receptionist experience in a corporate environment.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy (Microsoft Office package).<\/li>\n<li>Telephone etiquette interpersonal skills, customer service skills, planning and organising skills, communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DUTIES :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide front-line reception services by performing the following duties: receive and attend to all visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to and\/or refer queries to respective officials. Make appointments upon request from visitors or staff.<\/li>\n<li>Receive goods and items on behalf of staff.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to all visitors and guide them to respective offices.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to all queries brought by the visitors and refer them to respective officials.<\/li>\n<li>Make appointments to personnel on behalf of visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Render telecommunication services.<\/li>\n<li>Answer all incoming telephones and direct those calls to respective officials.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to all electronic and telephone queries.
