We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate within the HR and\/or Recruitment field.
\nThe role is candidate focused and involves building relationships in specific candidate communities. This includes conducting telephone screenings, face to face interviews, testing, networking for referrals, market research and headhunting candidates.<\/p>\n
You will also be involved in briefing candidates for interviews, managing the feedback process and negotiating \/ closing offers leading to successful placements.<\/p>\n
You will run multiple projects from inception to completion, working closely with both Senior Consultants internally and with external clients. This will require strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of projects.<\/p>\n
