Candidates who have already undergone a TTB (Technical Test Battery) assessment with the outcome matching the trade theory will be considered. Millwright applicants should have an N2 with 5 relevant subjects.<\/p>\n<p>Preference will be given to candidates from the Northern Cape, specifically from the Tsantsabane Municipal Area. Institutional and elective \u2018off-the-job\u2019 training will be at Sivos Training Centre, situated in Kathu. On-the-job training will be provided at Kolomela Mine. Further employment will be based on the successful completion of the Learnership, candidate\u2019s performance during the training period and possible manpower requirements per trade.<\/p>\n<p>All Learnerships <strong>entail the following<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free medical testing<\/li>\n<li>Free Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)<\/li>\n<li>Free training<\/li>\n<li>A monthly allowance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nWith Kumba Iron Ore Ltd, you career dreams can become reality.
