Develop Legal Framework and Plan<\/u><\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with developing and implementing the Legal framework for RTT
\n\u2022 Define and promote legal practices within RTT<\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop and implement legal business plan aligned to RTT business plan<\/p>\n
Develop and Implement Legal Policies, Processes and Procedures<\/u><\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop and implement legal policies, processes and procedures to be utilized by all RTT business units<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor the application of legal norms, policies and procedures to ensure conformity and uniformity<\/p>\n
Contract Management<\/u><\/p>\n
\u2022 Drafting Contracts
\n\u2022 Review various Contracts, Request for Proposals and any other legal document
\n\u2022 Ensure contract management framework is implemented
\n\u2022 Implement quality assurance on all legal documents<\/p>\n
\u2022 Partake in negotiations between RTT and third parties<\/p>\n
Provide Legal Advice<\/u><\/p>\n
\u2022 Provide advice on legal documentation affecting RTT
\n\u2022 Compile and present legal opinions (when requested)
\n\u2022 Provide legal, contractual and regulatory advice to RTT
\n\u2022 Provide advice on the prosecution and defence of all legal proceedings for\/against RTT<\/p>\n
\u2022 Initiate, prosecute and manage legal proceedings to protect RTT\u2019s interests.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/u><\/p>\n
\u2022 Grade 12
\n\u2022 B Com (Law); LLB or any other tertiary legal qualification<\/p>\n
\u2022 Admitted Attorney<\/p>\n
Job – Related Work Experience<\/u><\/p>\n
\u2022 3 – 5 years\u2019 experience in a legal environment
\n\u2022 Knowledge of the Logistics Industry
\n\u2022 Knowledge of relevant legislation<\/p>\n
\u2022 Knowledge on debt collection process<\/p>\n
