The target number to be selected for 2017 is very limited.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Applicants who can apply should meet the following requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit letter of application letter accompanied by a certified copy of Grade 12 Certificate \/ statement of results qualifying them to study at a tertiary institution. Must have passed all subjects with at least a level 4. Candidates with a 3 or below in any of the subjects must not apply.<\/li>\n<li>The following subjects are compulsory: Mathematics, Physical Science, Life Sciences (Biology) and English.<\/li>\n<li>Recently certified copy of Identity document<\/li>\n<li>Recently certified copy of Birth certificate<\/li>\n<li>Proof of residence from local Chief or municipality<\/li>\n<li>Proof of income of both parents or affidavit if parents are not working<\/li>\n<li>Be not older than 25 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In addition all applicants who will be shortlisted will be required to submit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ten (10) passport sized photos<\/li>\n<li>Valid passport \/ proof of application for passport<\/li>\n<li>Should not have criminal records \u2013 obtain police clearance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>And undergo Medical examination with regard to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HIV and AIDS<\/li>\n<li>Hepatitis B<\/li>\n<li>Tuberculosis (TB)<\/li>\n<li>Pregnancy (females)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mpuhealth.gov.za\/ADVERT\/RSA-CUBA%20APPLICATION%20FORM.pdf\">Download Application Form<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>NB: Meeting the requirements above does not necessarily mean that the applicant has been selected. These are only a condition for being considered.
