We are building an Africa-wide network of primary and secondary schools offering excellent international education affordable to the middle class.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-ZA\">Our flagship model is to partner with existing reputable local schools and roll-out international programmes designed for students aspiring to study in the world\u2019s best universities.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-ZA\">In September we will be established in five countries (Cameroon, Mozambique, C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, Senegal and South Africa) and aim to roll out 50 schools in the next five years.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-ZA\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-ZA\"><b>Mission :<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span lang=\"EN-ZA\">Interns will contribute fully to all aspects of this growth. They will be exposed to a wide variety of challenges, in the field of marketing, quality insurance, finance, project management, business development and so on.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span lang=\"EN-ZA\">They will gain experience in company management, project management, emerging markets economies, startup world, private education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><b>Illustration of tasks:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design financial models to assess support partnership decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Source suppliers to lower our equipment costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and implement management processes of schools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify improvement in the overall management of schools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-ZA\">Enko Education\u2019s objective is to build a network of 50 schools within Sub-Saharan Africa in the next 5 years.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"EN-ZA\">Finance<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-ZA\">The Finance team manages the reporting and planning of finance at group and school level. It implements financial strategy and reporting tools, working very closely with all schools.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-ZA\">Finance department is also in charge of fundraising and tax management.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span lang=\"EN-ZA\">Profile:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-ZA\">More than a specific profile, we look for a fit. We are a startup: constant enthusiasm, can-do attitude, ability to adapt to the daily unexpected events are absolutely required.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span lang=\"EN-ZA\">We look for well-rounded students, able to lead and run projects from start to end.
