The Agricultural Sector Education and Training Authority (AgriSETA) will be a legitimate and meaningful partner to the stakeholders that represent the agricultural sector.<\/p>\n

JOB PURPOSE:<\/b><\/p>\n ROLE CONTEXT\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS KEY PERFORMANCE AREA FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS \/ ACTIONS HR DEPARTMENT\u2019S ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n \uf0b7 Assist in receiving applications<\/span> and compiling gross lists. MININUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:\u00a0<\/b> KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS IS AN INTERNSHIP<\/span> POSITION AND NOT FOR A PERSON WHO HAS PREVIOUS WORKING EXPERIENCE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE QUALIFICATION MENTIONED IS A MINIMUM REQUIREMENT, SHOULD YOU NOT POSSESS THIS QUALIFICATION PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.<\/p>\n Employment<\/span> Period: Contract until June 2018 including a probation period of 3 months.<\/p>\n

\n<\/b>ROLE PROFILE:<\/b><\/p>\n\n

\n
\n\uf0b7 Assist in preparation of meetings and documents as when they are required.
\n\uf0b7 Assist HR Coordinators in making logistical arrangements for interviews and induction for new employees.
\n\uf0b7 Collate inputs of training needs from employees\u2019 performance contracts twice a year for the HR Coordinators to consolidate for AgriSETA\u2019s training plan.
\n\uf0b7 Assist with collection of HR information from different departments
\n\uf0b7 Assist with health and safety duties e. monthly<\/span> reports and actions plans arising from those.
\n\uf0b7 Acting as Replacement \/stand in\/Relief at Reception whenever required
\n\uf0b7 Distributing retirement fund statements and any other documents to AgriSETA staff whenever required
\n\uf0b7 Booking of venues for meetings in consultation with relevant HR Coordinator
\n\uf0b7 Ordering stationery for HR staff GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
\n\uf0b7 Bind documentation for meetings \uf0b7 Whenever required assist HR department with admin tasksphotocopying, binding documents, filing and recording CVs received before shortlisting AD HOC
\n\uf0b7 Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time<\/p>\n\n
