Come join us.<\/p>\n<p>Currently we have a position for a finance graduate.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the implementation of the purchase order process in GGO (SSA)-will be responsible for doing PO\u2019s on behalf of the requestors.<\/li>\n<li>Amex credit card and UBA prepaid card management.<\/li>\n<li>Petty cash management of the Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Cape Town office, as well as monthly audits of the petty cash spend to invoices and receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Invoice processing and queries relating to outstanding\/overdue payments.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding My Expenses system and assisting users with queries.<\/li>\n<li>Filling in vendor\/customer forms (KYC forms).<\/li>\n<li>All aspects of costs, including the Travel and Entertainment analysis, Telephone analysis, headcount reporting, including producing reports, commentaries and analyses, to add value to the decision making process.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the full reporting for the Business Unit that you are responsible for.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the monthly and quarterly slide decks.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with quarterly revenue and costs forecasting and annual budgeting.<\/li>\n<li>Assist marketing with any sponsorship, barter deals and any other finance arrangements that they might require. Also assist with tracking of their costs so that they are on budget.<\/li>\n<li>Any required journal adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of WBS codes and any of the accounting for Capex projects as well as the Business Cases for these Capex projects.<\/li>\n<li>Updating of the Masterfile, Customer File and the Sales Effectiveness file.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with aspects of the commissions calculations for the various Business Units.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with BEE Verification as well as payments processing.<\/li>\n<li>Other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fast learner and must have problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have Excellent Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate with all areas of the business including management, sales, marketing, credit control, HR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desired Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Hyperion, Cognos, ProClarity.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of financial modelling, business cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Location: Johannesburg<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/jobs.thomsonreuters.com\/ShowJob\/Id\/35104\/Finance%20Graduate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/jobs.thomsonreuters.com\/ShowJob\/Id\/35104\/Finance%20Graduate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><b>CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Thomson Reuters provides professionals with the intelligence, technology and human expertise they need to find trusted answers.
