{"id":36681,"date":"2017-06-20T10:58:41","date_gmt":"2017-06-20T08:58:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=36681"},"modified":"2017-06-20T10:58:41","modified_gmt":"2017-06-20T08:58:41","slug":"wbho-bursary-scholarship-programme-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/wbho-bursary-scholarship-programme-2018.html","title":{"rendered":"WBHO: Bursary \/ Scholarship Programme 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WBHO Construction (Pty) Ltd offer bursaries, in-service training as well as vacation work in line with relevant fields of study.<\/p>\n<p>In order to apply for one of the programmes offered by WBHO, the relevant application form as well as accompanying documentation should be emailed through to the respective email address. <em>Please note incomplete applications will not be considered.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>South African citizen<\/li>\n<li>60% average or above<\/li>\n<li>Full-time student<\/li>\n<li>Studying toward a BEng, BSc, ND or BTech qualification in one the following disciplines:<br \/>\n<em>Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Building Science<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students are shortlisted and selected based on the current and future needs of the organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WBHO\u2019s Expectation From Students<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All subjects to be passed each semester, re-writes\u00a0 \/\u00a0 failed subjects are at the students own expense<\/li>\n<li>Vac work to be undertaken during the holiday period<\/li>\n<li>One week compulsory Students Training in June \/ July<\/li>\n<li>Work back period determined by number of years\u2019 sponsorship given (one year work back period for each year of sponsorship).<\/li>\n<li>Work back period commences on completion of qualification<\/li>\n<li>Allowance determined by current year and field of study<\/li>\n<li>All bursary applications close in June for the following year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Closing Date: 30 June 2017<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: Johannesburg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wbho.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/BursaryApplicationform-Amended.doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Download Bursary Application Form<\/a> forward application to for <b>Bursary Applications to:<\/b> <a href=\"mailto:bursaryapplications@wbho.co.za\">bursaryapplications@wbho.co.za<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WBHO Construction (Pty) Ltd offer bursaries, in-service training as well as vacation work in line with relevant fields of study.
