Closing Date: 21 July 2017 MANAGEMENT TRAINEES: REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (X10 POSITIONS)<\/p>\n SALARY: R262 272 plus 37% per annum in lieu of benefits<\/p>\n CENTRE: HEAD OFFICE (PRETORIA)<\/p>\n REF NO: REMS \/ 07 \/ 2017<\/p>\n DURATION: 36 Months<\/p>\n REQUIREMENT<\/strong>\u00a0S: A three year qualification in Property Management \/ Property Studies, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate or any related qualification with at least one year working experience in the Property Management environmen t; Knowledge and Experience in Estate Agency, Market Valuation, and Lease Management and a v alid driver\u2019s license would be an added advantage.<\/p>\n DUTIES<\/strong>: Inspection of properties to ensure compliance with lease agreements; ensure tha t leased properties are utilised optimally; Maintain lease database of the Department; make follow up with landlords and client departments on lease matters; Review and assist with reviewing lease agreements before approval by the Department; Attend t o audit enquiries and requests from Internal Audit and Auditor \u2013 General SA; Conduct market research in the Property\u00a0 \/\u00a0 Real Estate industry; Advise the Department on policy and ensure that the p olicy on Leases ar e aligned with industry norms.<\/p>\n Note<\/strong>: The Department of Public Works is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
