{"id":36952,"date":"2017-07-18T11:56:21","date_gmt":"2017-07-18T09:56:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=36952"},"modified":"2017-07-18T11:56:21","modified_gmt":"2017-07-18T09:56:21","slug":"agricultural-graduates-opportunity-government-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/agricultural-graduates-opportunity-government-2017.html","title":{"rendered":"Agricultural Graduates Opportunity at Government 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Rural Development and Land Reform: Provincial Shared Services Center is currently looking for unemployed Agricultural Graduates who are currently residing at Pretoria or Johannesburg as Gauteng Province.<\/p>\n<p>The estimated remuneration for Unemployed Agricultural Graduates is R5000 to 6000 a month and its a contract for 12 Months not renewable.The graduates are expected to assist and advice professional farmers on farming ideas.<\/p>\n<p>Graduates will be placed in different districts around Gauteng which is Pretoria or Johannesburg. Graduates will be expected to work extended hours and willing to travel.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the\u00a0is provide practical experience to the Graduates so that they pursue their\u00a0\u00a0in the future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>National Diploma or Degree in Agriculture.<\/li>\n<li>Project and People Management skills.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Research methodology.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Willingness to travel and work extended hours.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate skills.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Facilitation skills.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Report writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Liaison skills. Interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure implementation of the developed\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD3\" class=\"IL_AD\">business plan<\/span>. Identify needs of the business unit and\/ or its sub enterprises. Develop a plan to address identified challenges and advice beneficiaries accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement a production plan that is costed with clear\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD7\" class=\"IL_AD\">calendar<\/span>\u00a0of activities and allocated resources.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer practical skills for production improvement and project bench marking.<\/li>\n<li>Verify delivery of services\/goods, collate information populate the developed standard\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD4\" class=\"IL_AD\">templates<\/span>\u00a0for portfolio of evidence. Submit financial statements.<\/li>\n<li>Information on jobs created and enterprises related reports on a\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD2\" class=\"IL_AD\">monthly<\/span>\u00a0and quarterly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Assists the enterprises with products marketing.
