KIA Motors Corporation (www.kiamotors.com) – a maker of quality vehicles for the young-at-heart- was founded in 1944 and is Korea’s oldest manufacturer of motor vehicles. Over 2,7 million KIA vehicles are produced a year in 10 manufacturing and assembly operations in five countries which are then sold and serviced through a network of distributors and dealers covering around 150 countries.<\/p>\n

Kia today has around 48,000 employees worldwide and annual revenues of over US$43 billion. It is the major sponsor of the Australian Open and an official automotive partner of FIFA the governing body of the FIFA World Cup.<\/p>\n

Driving cars is all about travelling and the KIA Motors journey has been an extraordinary one. KIA Motors is South Korea\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s oldest car manufacturer and today the second largest automobile manufacturer in Asia, as well as being a major international manufacturer of motor vehicles around the world.<\/p>\n

The successful incumbent will be responsible for delivering controller support in order to process vehicle\u00a0stock<\/span>\u00a0transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n

Minimum\u00a0Qualification<\/span>:<\/b>
\n\u2022 Minimum BCom Degree<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b>
\n\u2022 Overseeing the fleet and used\u00a0stock\u00a0controllers
\n\u2022 Invoicing \/ Crediting fleet
\n\u2022 Liaising with Combine Freight to ensure vehicles are delivered timeously to dealers etc.
\n\u2022 Setting up new location\u00a0codes<\/span>\u00a0on Autoline
\n\u2022 Monitoring the Autoline system to ensure the vehicles are moving down the grid
\n\u2022 Exporting documents \u2013 Windhoek (Birth Certificates)
\n\u2022 Assisting dealers with queries
\n\u2022\u00a0Damages<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 Following up to ensure vehicles are repaired and then Sold
\n\u2022\u00a0Stock\u00a0Counts \u2013 New
\n\u2022 CO2 Documents \u2013 Liaising with GMA
\n\u2022 Keeping the dealers informed \u2013 i.e. Newsletter
\n\u2022 Dealer Visits \u2013 By phone
\n\u2022 Ordering and managing staff demos
\n\u2022 Managing fleet process
\n
