This will be done by empowering unemployed graduates who are interested in being entrepreneurs through a structured training and mentoring programme.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>About the Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EMC has four programmes: Enterprise Development, Skills Development, Industry Promotion and Marine Manufacturing.
