This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the financial services industry alongside a dynamic and growing team.<\/p>\n<p>Your working\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD4\" class=\"IL_AD\">schedule<\/span>\u00a0will be relatively flexible in order to accommodate\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD6\" class=\"IL_AD\">academic<\/span>commitments.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will ideally be studying a finance degree (going into final year or honours in 2018) and be highly numerate with strong\u00a0academic\u00a0performance and an eye for detail.<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>Minimum\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD3\" class=\"IL_AD\">Requirements<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>South African citizenship<\/li>\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li><span id=\"IL_AD2\" class=\"IL_AD\">Computer<\/span>\u00a0literate with above average Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n<li>No experience required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD7\" class=\"IL_AD\">analytical<\/span>\u00a0&amp; numerical ability<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to follow up<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication skills:\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD5\" class=\"IL_AD\">Written<\/span>\u00a0and Oral<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management<\/li>\n<li>Decision \u2013 making ability<\/li>\n<li>Result Driven<\/li>\n<li>Building Relationships<\/li>\n<li>Customer Services orientation<\/li>\n<li>Innovative Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Change management ability<\/li>\n<li>Effective Team Player<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work on a wide range of projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The role starts in early 2018, but a 2-week induction will also be held between October and December 2017.
