This role will allow you to support a high performing HR<\/li>\n<li>MEA Team, to learn HR best practice and evolve your HR skills.<\/li>\n<li>Specific responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:<\/li>\n<li>Managing general administration in the HR MEA function<\/li>\n<li>Support in managing ContactOne Ticketing<\/li>\n<li>Support monthly payroll input<\/li>\n<li>Support compilation of skills gap analysis and documentation for WSP, WTR and EE<\/li>\n<li>Assist with co-ordination of Induction programme<\/li>\n<li>Update the HR employee handbook on the policy management tool<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordination and support for the Graduate Assessment Centre<\/li>\n<li>Administration of invoice processing<\/li>\n<li>Support on benefits contract renewal<\/li>\n<li>Support on wellness initiatives co-ordination<\/li>\n<li>Assist in scheduling and co-ordination of training<\/li>\n<li>Administration of visa letters for clients<\/li>\n<li>Support on career fair events and collating marketing material<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About the team<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>You will work closely with the HR MEA local team and the HR Shared Services center based in Bratislava.<\/li>\n<li>The HR Intern supports the whole team in ensuring all HR processes and projects are coordinated accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About You<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum, Bachelor&#8217;s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology<\/li>\n<li>No more than 1-2 years&#8217; work experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong administration skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving ability<\/li>\n<li>Great attention to detail and analytical acumen<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and within a team<\/li>\n<li>Accountable individual<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skill<\/li>\n<li>Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b><a href=\"https:\/\/career2.successfactors.eu\/career?career_ns=job_listing&amp;company=SwissRe&amp;navBarLevel=JOB_SEARCH&amp;rcm_site_locale=en_GB&amp;career_job_req_id=50361&amp;selected_lang=en_GB&amp;jobAlertController_jobAlertId=&amp;jobAlertController_jobAlertName=&amp;_s.crb=xEgLWZz8sEbNgAqkGNpP1lr1W1M%3D&amp;jobPipeline=Indeed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/b><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is your opportunity to join Swiss Re Group &#8211; one of the world&#8217;s leading wholesale providers of reinsurance, insurance and other innovative forms of insurance-based risk transfer.
