The winner will then\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD8\" class=\"IL_AD\">compete<\/span>\u00a0in the international competition which takes place in Amsterdam, Netherlands.<br \/>\n<strong>How can you stand a\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD6\" class=\"IL_AD\">chance<\/span>\u00a0of becoming the 2017 South African Young Tax Professional of the year?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"simpleList\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ey.com\/Publication\/vwLUAssets\/ey-young-tax-professional-of-the-year-2017-questionare\/$FILE\/ey-young-tax-professional-of-the-year-2017-questionare.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Download the tax questionnaire<\/a>, complete it and email it to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:taxgrad@za.ey.com\">taxgrad@za.ey.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Submit a copy of your cv by going to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ey.com\/za\/en\/careers\/students\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CLICK HERE<\/a>, selecting student hire and entering the job number\u00a0<strong>SOU0018A<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>EY will review all submitted tax questionaires and determine the shortlist based on highest marks achieved<\/li>\n<li>If shortlisted you will be invited to attend a day at EY, 102 Rivonia Road, Sandton to participate in various group and\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD2\" class=\"IL_AD\">individual<\/span>\u00a0assessments.<\/li>\n<li>The winner will be announced at a gala event in the evening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who should apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"simpleList\">\n<li>Anyone under the age of 28 at the date of the International Final.<\/li>\n<li>Anyone studying towards a\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD3\" class=\"IL_AD\">Masters<\/span>\u00a0or below in any field of study.<\/li>\n<li><span id=\"IL_AD1\" class=\"IL_AD\">Applicants<\/span>\u00a0should not have more than 18 months professional work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>When to apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nEntry to the competition closes on 31st August 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>International Winner Prize:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Young Tax Professional of the year international winners will be presented with prizes that provide an opportunity for personal experience as well as connection and understanding of the various markets and EY\u2019s position in these markets:<br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-0398974026399434\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-ad-slot=\"5885050342\" data-adsbygoogle-status=\"done\"><\/ins><ins id=\"aswift_6_expand\"><\/ins><ins id=\"aswift_6_anchor\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<ul class=\"simpleList\">\n<li>1st prize: A 30-day round-the-world business trip built around 10-day working visits to key EY area tax\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD5\" class=\"IL_AD\">centers<\/span>\u00a0in London, New York, New York\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD4\" class=\"IL_AD\">City<\/span>\u00a0and Hong Kong<\/li>\n<li>2nd prize: A 10-day visit to one of EY\u2019s Tax\u00a0Centers<\/li>\n<li>3rd prize: An invitation to take part in one of our exceptional EY international client conferences, where you will rub shoulders with some of our finest partners and most valued clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you have what it takes to be the next Young Tax Professional of the Year?
