These forms are available from:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2nd Floor, Cape Town Civic Centre<\/li>\n<li>Electricity Training Centre, Brackenfell<\/li>\n<li>Electricity Head Office, Bloemhof Street, Bellville (Organisation Support \u2013 ground floor)<\/li>\n<li>Parow Electricity Depot, 1 Jean Simonis Street, Parrow<\/li>\n<li>Wynberg Distribution Depot, off Rosmead Avenue, Wynberg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NB<\/strong>: Candidates with medical condition that may negatively impact on the Apprentices Programme will NOT be considered, e.g. Epilepsy.
