Head<\/strong><br \/>\n<b>Reference: 2017\/115\/OCJ<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Location: <b>Provincial Centre, Mpumalanga: Nelspruit<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Requirements<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>Able to type 35 wpm, typing course\/qualification will serve as an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Skills Required<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Language skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability to communicate well with people at different levels and from different backgrounds<\/li>\n<li>Good telephone etiquette<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy<\/li>\n<li>Sound organisational presentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Duties<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a secretarial\/ receptionist support service to the manager<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for overall administration of the Provincial Head\u2019s office<\/li>\n<li>Diary management and coordination of office activities<\/li>\n<li>Management of all incoming and outgoing correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordination of and preparation for meetings, workshops, typing of documents<\/li>\n<li>Provide reception services including call screening, receiving as well as attending to messages and provide hospitable reception of visitors to the Directorate<\/li>\n<li>Making travel and accommodation arrangements as well as processing of all subsistence and travel claims<\/li>\n<li>Handling of confidential documents<\/li>\n<li>Operate standard office equipment (fax, photocopy machine and telephone)<\/li>\n<li>Type correspondence such as reports, submissions and letters<\/li>\n<li>Perform administrative tasks such as taking minutes and arranging\/serving refreshments<\/li>\n<li>Remain up to date with regard to prescripts\/policies and procedures applicable to her or his work terrain to ensure (Receive salary advices, Process advices (e.g. check advices for correctness, capture salaries, bonuses, salary adjustments, capture all deductions etc.))<\/li>\n<li>File all documents<\/li>\n<li>Perform Bookkeeping support services (Capture all financial transactions, Clear suspended accounts, Record debtors and creditors, Process electronic banking transactions, Compile
