This programme provides an opportunity for newly qualified graduates to gain valuable practical working experience and theoretical training while earning a salary, enabling them to build the foundation for a successful career in the Financial Services industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>South African citizens with a valid South African ID number<\/li>\n<li>In possession of a valid South African grade 12 \/ matric certificate<\/li>\n<li>Completed three year commerce degree from a recognised South African institution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Required documents: CV, matric certificate and certificates (certified)<\/li>\n<li>Applicants who have participated in previous learnership, graduate or internship programmes do not qualify<\/li>\n<li>Applicants who have been employed permanently at other companies do not qualify<\/li>\n<li>Previous work experience such as vacation work and\/or in-service training is welcome but not required<\/li>\n<li>Computershare is an equal opportunities employer and preference will be given to previously disadvantaged individuals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred fields of study in commerce<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BCom Accounting<\/li>\n<li>BCom Financial Management<\/li>\n<li>BCom Auditing<\/li>\n<li>BBA Finance and Investment<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor of law (LLB)<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources or Industrial Psychology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Selection Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our recruitment team will review all applications<\/li>\n<li>Applicants who do not meet requirements will be advised via email within 14 days<\/li>\n<li>Applicants who meet requirements will be invited for an interview with the Programme Manager<\/li>\n<li>Applicants who are successful at interview stage, may be required to complete psychometric assessments<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates will be accepted into Computershare\u2019s 2018 Graduate Development Programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How To Apply<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cpu.taleo.net\/careersection\/ex\/jobdetail.ftl?job=17000399\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apply Online for the Computershare Graduate \/ Internship Programme<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Locations:Johannesburg The Computershare Graduate Development Programme is a twelve months intensive development programme commencing in January 2018.
