{"id":38006,"date":"2017-10-30T16:06:10","date_gmt":"2017-10-30T14:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=38006"},"modified":"2017-10-30T16:06:10","modified_gmt":"2017-10-30T14:06:10","slug":"gsk-learning-development-graduate-hr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/gsk-learning-development-graduate-hr.html","title":{"rendered":"GSK Learning &#038; Development Graduate (HR)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GSK seeks a Graduate with a qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology for a Learning &amp; Development Graduate position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GSK Learning &amp; Development Graduate (HR)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Details<\/strong><br \/>\nThe primary purpose of the role is to support the day to day administration of learning processes and systems.<\/p>\n<p>The scope of the role will primarily support the areas of technical and compliance capability within a business unit\/site and the assist with the CHIETA processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support GLMS administration for locally designated activities:\n<ul>\n<li>Learning assignment<\/li>\n<li>Learning scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Learning recording<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Assist training logistics and scheduling organisation for local learning delivery<\/li>\n<li>Administer documentation related to learning e.g. prepare delegate lists, manage post-event documentation and recording<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective recording of all training to agreed BU\/function\/site processes and standards i.e. Global Quality Manufacturing Practices (GQMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)<\/li>\n<li>Generate local compliance reports against agreed measures<\/li>\n<li>Provide basic day to day learner support<\/li>\n<li>Support local practices \/ systems for learning management i.e. sharepoint sites, local tracking tools, etc<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to L&amp;D Team on general administration tasks<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Chieta documentation and processes<\/li>\n<li>Collating of information for WSP and ATR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial psychology<\/li>\n<li>Good Computer skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/careers.peopleclick.com\/careerscp\/client_gsk\/external1931\/jobDetails.do?functionName=getJobDetail&amp;jobPostId=355042&amp;localeCode=en-us\"><b>CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Location: Epping, Western Cape<\/p>\n<p>Closing date: Not specified<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GSK seeks a Graduate with a qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology for a Learning &amp; Development Graduate position.
