To assist with daily coordination and planning to ensure that service level agreements with the business are met.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">Calculate required staffing levels by forecasting workload and average handling time of calls<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">Assist in the creation of staffing schedules in line with the forecast<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">Participate in the analysis and interpretation of contact centre data using real time analysis, forecasts and historical information<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">Assist in the interpreting of statistical information to project staff requirements and targets for new and existing projects<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">Contribute to the provision of accurate and timeous reporting<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">Assist in the coordination and implementation of business improvements; new products or services; and new staffing models<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">assist with the monitoring of processes and staff behaviour in order to suggest redistribution of staff to maximise efficiencies\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">Contribute to the distribution of daily reports e.g. adherence and help implement revisions to meet the operational requirements<br \/>\nParticipate in the analysis required to make recommendations regarding headcount, cross-skilling and recruitment<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl24_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">Contribution to the analysis of historical trends to provide recommendations for improvement<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl26_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl26_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">Matric with Maths\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl26_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl26_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">Diploma or Batchelor Degree required<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl26_requisitionControl\"><span id=\"ctl00_cphContent_ncRequisition_ctl26_requisitionControl_lblLabel\">National Diploma in Computer systems;
