The\u00a0programme\u00a0is run in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town, starting on 1 February 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Opportunities are\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD2\" class=\"IL_AD\">available<\/span>\u00a0in these areas: Legal Support, Property Management, Banking \/ Finance And Investment, Accounts &amp; Information Technology.<\/p>\n<p><b>About the Graduate\u00a0Internship\u00a0Programme:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The objective of the Business Partners Graduate\u00a0Internship\u00a0Programme\u00a0is to bridge the gap between academic study and workplace\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD6\" class=\"IL_AD\">requirements<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>It offers young, recently qualified, people with potential to gain practical work experience and skills in the world of SME finance.<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0programme\u00a0has been developed to officer structured training\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD8\" class=\"IL_AD\">programmes<\/span>that are relevant to small and medium business and finance sectors.<\/li>\n<li>In this way, it aims to prepare the interns who complete the\u00a0programme\u00a0for full time employment and give their career in SME finance a head-start.<\/li>\n<li>Each intern works with a dedicated coach who offers both soft skills training and practical on the job training.<\/li>\n<li>Successful interns receive a certificate of completion as well as a reference letter for the company.<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0programme\u00a0has produced an excellent pool of\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD7\" class=\"IL_AD\">candidates<\/span>\u00a0who have entered the formal workplace with a solid practical foundation in SME finance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The\u00a0programme\u00a0offers a comprehensive training plan, with modules on business, finance and management skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Orientation: the SME world and entrepreneurship, introduction to due diligence, financing\u00a0programmes\u00a0for SME, financing\u00a0programmes\u00a0for SMEs, financial models, legal and advanced taxation<\/li>\n<li>Soft Skills Modules: Assertiveness, self-discovery, emotional intelligence, negotiating skills, diversity and perceptions, self-development, corporate citizen, and stress management;<\/li>\n<li>Management Modules: Advance negotiation skills, leadership and motivation, deal generation, communication skills, time management, conflict management, customer service, change management, team building, presentation skills, sales and marketing, and report writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0programme\u00a0is for highly motivated and talented graduates who want to follow and achieve success in, a career path in SME finance.<\/li>\n<li>Graduates who qualify during and after 2017 and who hold a business related degree with sound academic results;<\/li>\n<li>South African citizen;<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s licence<\/li>\n<li>Individuals with potential, who are hard-working, focused and driven;<\/li>\n<li>Candidates\u00a0who would like to expand on their theoretical\u00a0<span id=\"IL_AD5\" class=\"IL_AD\">qualifications<\/span>\u00a0with practical experience;<\/li>\n<li>Candidates\u00a0who have a passion for entrepreneurship and SME finance;<\/li>\n<li>S\/he must be computer literate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications\u00a0close on 01 December 2017.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/businesspartners.pnet.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Business Partners Limited, a leading specialised risk financier for small and medium enterprises, offers a career opportunity for Graduates.
