The\u00a0<b><strong>maximum training period is twelve months<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0under the supervision of a professional Engineer.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Critical Success Factors<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should be a recent graduate who is willing to learn<\/li>\n<li>A graduate who has a high degree of initiative and teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to consistently deliver high quality work<\/li>\n<li>Able to write comprehensive technical reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc or BTech\u00a0Chemical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>BSc or BTech Microbiology<\/li>\n<li>BSc or BTech Analytical Chemistry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Dow Chemical Company and DuPont recently came together in a merger of equals, with the new, combined company named DowDuPont.
