Preference will be given to an Accounting specialisation \u2022 Good written and verbal communication skills \u2022 Sound computer Literacy including MS Office \u2022 Good Interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>: \u2022 Implement GRAP and budget reforms \u2022 Undertake financial and performance reporting \u2022 Be Involved in change risks and project management \u2022 Manage expenditure and revenue Implement the MFMA \u2022 Manage assets \u2022 Develop and implement financial policies in terms of the Municipality\u2019s Employment Equity Plan \u2022 Check the merged data sets conform to information requirements and correct the occurrence of errors in data during integration \u2022 Access specific fields of the system and insert and\/or update information referring to the completed documentation<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: This internship targets suitable males and females from all designated groups.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note to Applicants:<\/strong>\u00a0\u2022 Due to the number of applications envisaged to receive, applicants who do not receive a response from us within 3 months should consider their applications unsuccessful \u2022 A Comprehensive CV must be accompanied by a covering letter, certified copies of qualifications \u2022 ID and driver\u2019s licence (if applicable) \u2022 Canvassing of councillors or officials Is not permitted and proof thereof Will result in disqualification \u2022 No subsistence and travelling allowance will be paid to applicants called for Interviews \u2022 The Municipality reserves the right to conduct reference checks \u2022 The Municipality reserves the right not to make an appointment<\/p>\n<h3>How To Apply<\/h3>\n<p>A comprehensive application may be posted to the Acting Municipal Manager, Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality, PO Box 15, Estcourt 3310 or hand delivered at the Registry Office (Room 71), Civic Buildings, Victoria Street (tel.
