{"id":38679,"date":"2018-01-11T12:30:11","date_gmt":"2018-01-11T10:30:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=38679"},"modified":"2018-01-11T12:30:11","modified_gmt":"2018-01-11T10:30:11","slug":"sab-miller-packaging-learnership-x24-vacancies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/sab-miller-packaging-learnership-x24-vacancies.html","title":{"rendered":"SAB Miller Packaging Learnership X24 Vacancies"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"introtext\">\n<p>SABMiller would like to provide 24 individuals with an opportunity to enroll for q National Certificate in Food and Beverages Packaging NQF 3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>They will enter into an one year contract, fixed term contract with Rosslyn Brewery, during which they will undergo both on the job practical training and theoretical training, culminating in a national qualification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competence Requirements Minimum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 Mathematics and English (exemption pass) or N3 Mechanical or Electrical Experience in a food and beverage packaging line will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact and work effectively in teams<\/li>\n<li>Analytical<\/li>\n<li>Self Driven<\/li>\n<li>Responsible<\/li>\n<li>Competitive<\/li>\n<li>Adaptive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Output and Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Learnership is a structured learning programme that combines practical and theoretical learning in an integrated programme.<\/p>\n<p>The learner is given exposure to theory and then opportunity is given for the application of the theory. Further characteristics of a Learnership are:<\/p>\n<p>1. The Learnership leads to a national qualification registered on the National Qualifcations Framework (NQF)<\/p>\n<p>2. The qualification is based on SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority) registered unit standards.<\/p>\n<p>3. The unit standards are written to reflect value adding skills required in the workplace and contains the outcomes and assessment criteria.<\/p>\n<p>4. Competence is demonstrated in the workplace utilizing a variety of assessment methods and using assessment criteria as the standard of performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The advert has minimum requirements listed.
