Reckitt Benckiser recruits Graduate trainee (Sales)<\/p>\n<h2>\n<div id=\"requisitionDescriptionInterface.d111442e297.row1\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Job Description<\/span><\/div>\n<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The South African\u00a0Graduate Development Program is designed to take graduates and develop them as leaders for the future.<\/strong> The program is about real responsibility and real results, while creating an environment where Graduates develop through practical learning and activity. We are currently hiring Sales Graduates who will initially be based in Johannesburg.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0Sales Graduate Program is designed for high potential leaders of the future with the aim of developing talent from entry level and moving them to the Sales Director level in a period of 10 &#8211; 12 years. \u00a0It will support our aim to grow a large percentage of tomorrow&#8217;s top management from within.\u00a0 It provides a continuous stream of talent, able to make an impact at all levels of the organisation as their careers develop.<\/li>\n<li>It is a structured flexible program that puts Graduates in the spotlight from Day 1.\u00a0 We offer distinctive development assignments allowing the graduate to experience a broad spectrum of valuable Commercial experience.\u00a0 Each assignment has specific on-the-job &#8220;learnings&#8221;, which are combined with formal training courses.\u00a0 In addition, Graduates are expected to take on high profile projects (not always related to the assignment they are in at a particular time) to ensure visibility within the organisation. The Sales Graduates will also have exposure to brand management and will work in a marketing team for a period of 6 months in the first year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div><strong>On-going evaluation of progress with decision points<\/strong>.\u00a0 Following each assignment the Graduate completes a standard assessment process with their line manager.\u00a0 There are also formal reviews with the line manager biannually.\u00a0 This is a key decision point when any future assignment and development is discussed and agreed.<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduates will\u00a0perform real roles through\u00a0a rotation of 6 month&#8217;s each\u00a0between the sales and marketing function.\u00a0 Within each role, there will be a role profile with objectives which\u00a0Graduates will be expected to meet specific to that particular role.\u00a0 Assignments would cover exposure to Trade Marketing,\u00a0Brand Management, Key Account Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>After one\u00a0year of traineeship, Graduates would take on the role of a Key Account Executive\u00a0or Trade Marketing Executive within Reckitt Benckiser in South Africa.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a title=\"Reckitt benckiser jobs in South Africa by Joblist South Africa, careers and vacancies in South Africa\" href=\"https:\/\/rb.taleo.net\/careersection\/1\/jobdetail.ftl?job=37800&amp;src=JB-10164\">Apply for This Graduate Job in South Africa <\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reckitt Benckiser is a global force in household, health and personal care, delivering solutions to consumers.
