Providing research support to a team of analysts and fund managers with the possibility of training to become an investment analyst.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n
Responsibilities of this\u00a0position<\/span>\u00a0will include assisting with research projects,\u00a0Ad hoc<\/span>tasks, reporting and monitoring portfolios, assisting with spreadsheets as well as preparing presentations.<\/p>\n

\nDuties & Responsibilities\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
1. Assisting analysts with research projects on the domestic and offshore\u00a0listed<\/span>property sectors
\n2.\u00a0Ad hoc\u00a0tasks for members of the investment team
\n3. Daily and monthly monitoring and reporting on fund\u00a0manager<\/span>\u00a0portfolios (Especially the monthly portfolio review\u00a0document<\/span>)
\n4. Administrative work supporting the research process
\n5. Preparation of presentations for internal report-backs and external roadshows.
\n6. Assisting analysts in building spreadsheet models and running company\u00a0analyses<\/span><\/div>\n
\nIdeal Experience\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n
1. No related experience is required<\/div>\n
\nIdeal\u00a0Qualifications<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
1. BCom
\n2. Business Science
\n3. Chartered Financial Analyst
\n4. Engineering
\n5. Any degree majoring in accounting, economics or maths<\/div>\n
