The MWEB Human Resources division in Cape Town currently has a vacancy for a\u00a0HR Intern<\/b>\u00a0who, reporting to the HR Manager will be accountable for assisting the team in various HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Organisation Development, Remuneration & Benefits, Administration & Reporting and Employee\/Industrial Relations related\u00a0activities<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\nDuties & Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Reporting and administration within all HR disciplines
\n\u2022 Provide recruitment support by assisting with the full recruitment cycle from advertising to placing of\u00a0candidates<\/span>
\n\u2022 Support and co-ordinate training and development\u00a0activities
\n\u2022 Support executing remuneration and renefits administration processes and\u00a0activities
\n\u2022 Participate in a range of employer relations \/ industrial relations activities and tasks
\n\u2022 Capture and process on the HR Information Systems
\n\u2022 Assist in various\u00a0ad hoc<\/span>\u00a0related projects<\/div>\n
\nRequired Skills\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Excellent attention to detail
\n\u2022 Ability to function independently and within a team
\n\u2022 Outstanding communication skills, coupled with good interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions
\n\u2022 Capable of handling pressure
\n\u2022 Time management skills
\n\u2022 Ability to multitask
\n\u2022 Resilient<\/div>\n

\nQualifications<\/span>\u00a0and experience required:<\/b><\/div>\n

\u2022 Degree\/B-Tech Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
\n\u2022 Knowledge of BCEA, Employment Equity Act, Labour Relations Act and Skills Development Act
\n\u2022 Fully computer literate
\n\u2022 Some working experience will be advantageous<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
