If you feel you are a good fit for the role, then please do apply.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The position will involve:<\/li>\n<li>Assessing a client\u2019s financial need\/needs and developing a tailored portfolio for the client.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting outbound calls to add to clients\u2019 portfolio Insurance products.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring non-asset client base is covered.<\/li>\n<li>Providing excellent customer service by identifying clients\u2019 financial needs (Upsell Products into Existing Client base)<\/li>\n<li>Resolving queries and providing feedback to clients about any part of the client\u2019s IDM product portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><b>Key Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Finance\/Financial Planning Degree<\/li>\n<li>Build and enhance database when required<\/li>\n<li>Collating statistical information for reporting and analysis purposes<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively with others in fast changing environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Insurance regulatory environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of financial service industry and insurance products<\/li>\n<li>Ability to independently resolve client questions and queries<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales ability<\/li>\n<li>Criminal Clear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Competencies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Listener<\/li>\n<li>Financial acumen<\/li>\n<li>Excellent client services skills<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Accurate and competent written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Principled and ethical behaviour<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>High levels of honesty, accountability and integrity<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Lives the IDM Values<\/li>\n<li>Confident and energetic<\/li>\n<li>Must have integrity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Location: Western Cape<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><a href=\"https:\/\/idm.mcidirecthire.com\/External\/Job?Ref=Sm9iSWQ9OSZTb3VyY2U9SW5kZWVk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We prepare for tomorrow, today.
