\nFirst of all, we\u2019re looking for our successful graduates to want to relocate back to their home country \u2013 Nigeria or Kenya, during their graduate programme and permanently thereafter. Aside from that, we\u2019re looking for graduates who show a genuine interest and\/or experience in Risk management and techniques as well as a degree in any subject. You\u2019ll need to be a good communicator with fluency in English. Strong academic results, a knack for numbers and the confidence to come up with innovative ideas is also needed. And we\u2019ll be looking for proof of entrepreneurship and leadership skills too.<\/p>\n
