Print the received invoices and capture them on the system.<\/p>\n<p>2. Prepare EFT<\/p>\n<p>3. Obtain signatures on all EFT documents<\/p>\n<p>4. Capture payments (admin and discretionary) on system<\/p>\n<p>5. Reconcile the creditor\u2019s accounts<\/p>\n<p>6. Assist the Finance Coordinators with day-to-day duties.<\/p>\n<p>7. Arrange meetings and write minutes<\/p>\n<p>AD HOC<\/p>\n<p>1. Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>ROLE PROFILE: FINANCE INTERN\u00a0<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p><u>INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal and external<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 and B.Com (Finance\/Accounting) or similar and No working experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><strong>REQUIRED COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Attentive to details<\/li>\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate well with stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS IS AN INTERNSHIP POSITION AND NOT FOR A PERSON WHO HAS PREVIOUS WORKING EXPERIENCE.
