The YPT is conducted over 24 month period during which the Young professional will be assessed on a six monthly basis. This programme will provide you with relevant work experience through a structured learning programme and organizational support to grow you into a position\/role within Transnet Group services, if available. Exposure will be in the following areas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Research topics and recommend as requested by the process owner;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Talent Acquisition and on-boarding<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the coordination of Talent acquisition and on-boarding Forums<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective filing of documentation and maintain confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Assist in analysis data as well as activities on e-Recruitment and provide recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Assist with drafting and maintaining Standard Operating procedures and toolkits<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the implementation of policies, processes, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Quality checks and analyzes Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for service providers etc.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse resignations Transnet wide with relevant stakeholders and propose recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate exit management process<\/li>\n<li>Assist within the Transnet Assessment Centre<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the implementation of the Transnet on-boarding process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Talent and Leadership Development<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>Talent Development<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the coordination of Talent Forums<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Talent Conference (s) preparations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective filing of documentation and maintain confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for talent reviews, succession planning, and career development<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the implementation of policies, processes, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Functional Succession planning<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up with the completion of activities i.e. blueprints, experience maps etc.<br \/>\n<em>Leadership<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Coordinate delivery of Leadership programmes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective filing of documentation and maintain confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Assist with drafting and maintaining Standard Operating procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the implementation of policies, processes, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Arrange logistics i.e. venues, equipment etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Learning and Development\n<ul>\n<li>Collate information from OD\u2019s for reporting purposes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports for various governance structures (internal &amp; external)<\/li>\n<li>Conduct data analysis to ensure meaningful information useful for business decisions<\/li>\n<li>Admin support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Culture and Change Management\u00a0<\/strong><em><br \/>\nReward and recognition programme:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Collect submissions from OD\u2019s and do follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Arrange logistics for the verification process<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Booking appointments with OD for photoshoots<\/li>\n<li>PLEASE NOTE: Transnet, its employees or representatives never ask for a fee from job seekers.
