Pretoria.<br \/>\nREQUIREMENTS :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) and a three (3) year tertiary qualification in Office Administration or related field.<\/li>\n<li>At least three (3) years\u2019 experience as a Personal Assistant or rendering secretarial services to senior management including experience in general office and provisioning administration.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of departmental procedures with regard to finances and budgeting.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organization, planning telephone etiquette and computer skills (MS Office packages).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to act with tact and discretion as well as ability to maintain confidentiality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DUTIES :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a secretarial\/receptionist support service to the manager.<\/li>\n<li>Perform advanced typing work.<\/li>\n<li>Record the engagement of the senior manager.<\/li>\n<li>Render administrative support.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective flow of information and documents to and from the office of the manager.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to manager regarding meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Support the manager with the administration of the manager\u2019s budget.
