The programme assists learners to prepare for the workplace and promotes access to increased employment opportunities through understanding the principles of business administration which can be used throughout all industries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements \u2013 you should have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric qualification, additional qualifications will be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Must be between the ages 18 to under 35<\/li>\n<li>Be proficient in English<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Currently unemployed and able to commit 12 months to the programme from February 2018 until 28 February 2019<\/li>\n<li>Not previously completed the same learnership<\/li>\n<li>South African citizenships<\/li>\n<li>No criminal record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019re going to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upholding and living the company values as a Universal employee<\/li>\n<li>Attend classroom activities and practical on the job training<\/li>\n<li>Discover and understand knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures in order to be successful at on the job work requirements<\/li>\n<li>Compiling a portfolio of evidence and logbooks for work-based learning for submission to the SETA<\/li>\n<li>Successfully passing the formative and summative assessments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.universal.co.za\/learnership\/TheUniversalGroupLearnershipProgramme2018.docx\">Complete the application form<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Submit application and copies of all your qualifications via email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:learnership@universal.co.za\">learnership@universal.co.za<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Facts about Universal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learnership Programme will be based in Sunninghill, Sandton<\/li>\n<li>Learnership Programme costs are covered by Universal<\/li>\n<li>Learners will be offered a monthly stipend of R6 000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People with disabilities are encouraged to apply!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Universal Group looks forward to welcoming you to the Universal team!<\/strong>\u00a0Should you not be contacted within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>losing Date 23 February 2018 Location: Sandton The Universal Group Learnership is a work-based learning programme that leads to an NQF Level 4 business administration qualification.
