and<\/p>\n<div id=\"player-wrapper-28110570860036030\" class=\"jw-ad-visible\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<div id=\"player-container-28110570860036030\" class=\"jwplayer jw-reset jw-state-buffering jw-skin-seven jw-stretch-uniform jw-breakpoint-4 jw-flag-ads\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-label=\"Video Player\">\n<div class=\"jw-logo jw-reset jw-logo-top-right rp-apex-logo\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u25cf Must be a South African Citizen<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Must not have participated in an Internship in the Public Service<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prerequisites:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u25cf A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF 6) in the relevant fields.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Applicants that still need to finish or qualify for a Degree or National Diploma\u00a0should not apply.<\/p>\n<p><u>Important note:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Applicants must attach a recent copy of the CV, certified copies of: Matric certificate, academic qualifications with academic transcripts (academic record) and ID<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Candidates wishing to apply for an Internship outside their areas of residence must be willing to find their own accommodation and transportation considering that they will be earning a stipend<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Failure to submit the requested documents\/information will result in your application not being considered<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Applicants will be expected to be available for assessments and selection interviews at a time, date and place as determined by the Department<\/p>\n<div id=\"player-wrapper-90386748838606750\" class=\"jw-ad-visible\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u25cf It is the applicant\u2019s responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA)<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf All appointments for internships are subject to verification and screening process<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Statistics South Africa reserves the right not to make an appointment<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Manual applications will not be accepted<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Correspondence will be entered into with shortlisted candidates only.<\/p>\n<p>Stats SA endeavours to promote the careers of previously disadvantaged persons by applying the principles of appropriate legislation, e.g. Employment Equity Act, 1998.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/apps.statssa.gov.za\/erecruitment\/#\/browseJobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLICK HERE TO VIEW AND APPLY ONLINE<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Criteria: To qualify for the internship programme, you must \u2013 \u25cf Be an unemployed graduate aged between 20\u201335 years;
