Aveng Trident Steel centrally situated in Roodekop, Germiston and other facilities in Alrode, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Rosslyn and Cape Town provide a wide product range to the steel industry in South Africa as well as internationally from their extensive steel yards, modern and comprehensive steel processing and steel service centers, specialty steel division and tube manufacturing plant.<\/p>\n

The incumbent will be responsible to perform duties such as Supply Chain, Internal Sales, and Admin to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office management systems and procedures.<\/p>\n

Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and will include a combination of answering telephones, typing or word processing, and filing.

\n<\/b>Minimum Requirements <\/b>
\n\u2022 Degree in Admin or Marketing
\n
\n<\/b>EXPERIENCE:<\/b>
\n\u2022 Administration experience
\n\u2022 Computer Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
\n\u2022 Sales experience would be added advantage
\n\u2022 Customer etiquette<\/p>\n

Duties & Responsibilities<\/b>
\n\u2022 Handling incoming calls
\n\u2022 Liaising with customers
\n\u2022 Pricing
\n\u2022 Input of customers\u2019 orders accurately
\n\u2022 Discussing products
\n\u2022 Handling inquiries
\n\u2022 Relationship building with new customers
\n\u2022 Working closely with despatch and production
\n\u2022 Generating Excel worksheets and graphs as required
\n\u2022 Submit quotes for customers
\n\u2022 Adhere to the Aveng Trident Steel SHE Policy
\n\u2022 Carry out any other reasonable instructions not listed
\n
