The position will gradually develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to become a key member of the commercial trading team.<\/p>\n<p>Only after completing a 12 -24 month period of training and ONLY if the graduate has acquired the necessary skills and has proven them self; will they transfer to the trading team as a Junior Trader.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will spend a minimum of 12 months on the Trade Execution\/ Supply Chain Desk<\/li>\n<li>25% Daily telephonic contact with both customers and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>25% Monitoring customers stock levels and ensure uninterrupted mill production<\/li>\n<li>25% Provide delivery instructions and monitor transporters and release instructions to Co-ops<\/li>\n<li>20% Invoicing customers and attending to queries<\/li>\n<li>5% Contract reconciliation incl Profit and Loss calculations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Agricultural Economics or Economics or International Trade<\/li>\n<li>Previous work experience 1\/2 years<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Detail and accurate<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated and diligent<\/li>\n<li>Flexible<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Good written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable to change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Location: Johannesburg<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cargill.taleo.net\/careersection\/2\/jobdetail.ftl?lang=en&amp;job=JOH00022&amp;src=JB-11960\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/b><\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cargill provides food, agriculture, financial and industrial products and services to the world.
