The successful candidate must provide an agreement from their college\/university.<\/p>\n<p><b>GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Join our team for an internship in Recruitment &amp; Human Resources in South Africa!<\/p>\n<p><b>KEY FACTS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unique experience in South Africa<\/li>\n<li>Multicultural dynamic team<\/li>\n<li>Fast-growing company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Recruitment Assistant, your will assist a senior consultant in the day-to-day running of the business activities:<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the international recruitment process from A to Z:<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledging receipt of applications and screening of candidate profiles<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing for specific profiles<\/li>\n<li>Attending and conducting job interviews<\/li>\n<li>Writing and posting job ads as well as reports on candidates<\/li>\n<li>Be involved in Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Identify new potential opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who are we looking for?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Final year Student in Bachelor\/Master Degree in Economics or Business<\/li>\n<li>Good written and oral English skills (French or any other language would be a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Social Networks (particularly LinkedIn)<\/li>\n<li>Customer service: diplomatic, friendly and professional<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In order for the internship to be the most rewarding, candidates must be available for a minimum of 6 months.
